He has led over 70 projects for school districts, municipalities, nonprofits and government agencies in community engagement, participatory design, strategic planning, curriculum/policy development, and child rights. His writing / research has appeared in a number of forums and publications.

Josh is a passionate mission-driven placemaker with over 10 years of professional experience cultivating skills in design, strategy, education, and planning capabilities in a wide range of contexts. He is a seasoned facilitator and loves to work at the intersection of strategy, data, and design to deliver impactful solutions for clients and communities.

Priya Pinjani - Project Facilitator

Priya is a Project Facilitator with Maximum City. As a designer and urban thinker, she brings 8 years of experience in industry and academia engaging in design as a political, social, economic, technological and spatial practice. Her work ranges over various scales and media, with notable projects exhibiting internationally.

Katie Konstantopoulos - Project Facilitator

Katie is a Project Facilitator with Maximum City, specializing in public engagement, digital media, research, and rural land use planning. Working towards equitable communities and youth advocacy, Katie leverages 7+ years of experience facilitating projects in academic, institutional, municipal, and community spaces.

Lauren Wong - Data Science Research Assistant

Lauren is a Data Science Research Assistant at Maximum City. With a background in population health, geographic information systems (GIS), and data analysis, Lauren has supported Maximum City’s consulting work for Ontario school boards and research on children’s experiences during COVID-19.

Nancy Smith Lea - Strategic Advisor

Nancy is a Strategic Advisor for Maximum City. Skilled in strategic thinking and partnership development, she brings 30+ years of professional experience as a leader in academic and non-profit sectors. Nancy is a six time award-winner recognized for active transportation, transportation equity, and city building leadership.

STEFANIE LOTZ - Project coordinator

Stefanie is a teacher and project coordinator for Maximum City's Global Urban Citizens program based in Frankfurt, Germany. She is a strong believer in thinking globally and acting locally in our cities.
